We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program for Fall 2025. This prestigious program, funded by the U.S. Department of State, offers mid-level professionals from Armenia and across Europe the opportunity to expand their leadership and entrepreneurial skills through immersive experiences in the United States.

The YTILI Fellowship Program provides:

• A hybrid learning experience with virtual leadership activities followed by an in-person, 6-week fellowship in the U.S.

• Placement in a U.S.-based organization to gain hands-on experience in business innovation and entrepreneurship.

• Opportunities to build lasting transatlantic relationships with professionals from across Europe and the U.S.

• Comprehensive support, including travel, living arrangements, and health coverage during the program.

Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Age 25-35
✔️ Current resident of Armenia
✔️ At least two years of professional experience
✔️ Proficiency in written and spoken English
