How to apply for FLEX

All citizens of Armenia can apply for the Program to study in the U.S for the 2022-2023 study year, if they 

·         Study in the 9-12 grades at a school in Armenia, or college years corresponding to the school grades-9,10,11,12, as of September 2021,

·         Students with disabilities must study in the 8-12 grades,

·         Were born in February 15, 2004-July 15, 2007,

·         Know English

·         Have not been in the U.S. for more than 90 days during last 5 years,

·         Are eligible to receive a U.S. entry visa.

**Students in 12th grade or final year in college who are required to complete military service are ineligible.

Students who meet the eligibility criteria can participate in the FLEX exams.
